The Classes

Well Flow (45 & 60 MINUTES)

Turn up the heat and turn up the volume. Well Flow blends vinyasa with athletic movement and sculpting over soulful music for a flow that’s both fiery and freeing. Expect creative sequencing, upbeat playlists, and a full-body sweat that leaves you lit up — inside and out.

GOALS

  • Build strength and flexibility through flowing sequences. 
  • Improve balance and body awareness. 
  • Connect breath with movement for mindful training. 
  • Encourage mobility and joint health. 
  • Leave participants feeling light, fluid, and centered.

Well Expressed (60 & 45 MINUTES)

A rhythm-driven class designed to help you move energy, not just muscles. With beats, sweat, and intentional release, you’ll build strength while creating space for clarity and lightness. Come ready to let go and leave brighter.

GOALS

  • Build strength and stamina through rhythm-driven, full-body movement.
  • Clear stress and stuck energy with intentional release.
  • Boost mood and mental clarity through music, breath, and flow.
  • Improve coordination, rhythm, and body awareness in a fun way.

Well Formed (60 MINUTES)

Classic mat Pilates with a Well Played edge. Expect core-centric sequences, precise cues, and flowing transitions that build strength from the inside out. Light props may be used for added burn and variety.

GOALS

  • Strengthen the powerhouse (core, glutes, back).
  • Improve alignment, posture, and stability.
  • Increase mobility through controlled, mindful movement.
  • Tone smaller stabilizing muscles for overall balance.
  • Leave feeling aligned, lengthened, and strong.



Well Lit (45 & 60 MINUTES)

Pilates precision meets playful burn. Using light weights and small equipment, Well Lit tones, tightens, and strengthens while sneaking in a cardio burst. It’s core-centric, form-focused, and guaranteed to light up muscles you didn’t know you had.

GOALS

  • Strengthen and sculpt with Pilates-inspired movements. 
  • Improve posture, alignment, and core stability. 
  • Elevate heart rate with short cardio intervals. 
  • Target endurance in smaller stabilizing muscles. 
  • Finish feeling long, lean, and sculpted.

Well Built (60 MINUTES)

Pilates strength with weights designed to sculpt, strengthen, and build long, lean power through slow, controlled, intentional movement. Well Built uses dumbbells and resistance bands for deep activation and time-under-tension.

GOALS

  • Build functional strength using Pilates principles + resistance.
  • Improve muscle endurance, posture, and joint stability.
  • Strengthen without bulk through precision-based movement.
  • Use tempo and breath to maximize activation.
  • Leave feeling sculpted, grounded, and powerful.


Well Played (60 MINUTES)

The class that started it all—dynamic, functional, and fun. Expect single-arm/leg moves, balance challenges, and playful blocks that push you outside your comfort zone. It’s the full Well Played experience: strong, sweaty, and social.

GOALS

  • Train balance, coordination, and off-axis strength.
  • Build resilience through functional, real-life movement patterns. 
  • Develop full-body strength and endurance in one class. 
  • Encourage play through partner work or “choose-your-move” challenges. 
  • Leave feeling stronger, sharper, and more connected.


Down Play (60 MINUTES)

Your weekly exhale. A slower, softer class that blends breath, stretch, and mindful flow to release tension, restore balance, and unlock mobility. The pace is gentle, the impact powerful—perfect for stress relief, recovery, or better sleep.

GOAL

  • Improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. 
  • Reduce stress and tension through breath-led movement. 
  • Support recovery and balance from higher-intensity training. 
  • Deepen body awareness and postural alignment. 
  • Leave participants feeling grounded, open, and restored.

Well Oiled (35 MINUTES)

Keep your joints happy and your body moving smoothly. Well Oiled is a mobility-focused class that blends active stretch, functional movement, and mindful breathwork. Think of it as maintenance for your muscles and a tune-up for your whole system—leaving you loose, limber, and ready to play.

GOALS

  • Improve mobility, flexibility, and range of motion. 
  • Restore balance and posture through controlled movement.
  • Reduce stiffness and tension in commonly tight areas. 
  • Support recovery from strength and cardio training. 
  • Leave feeling fluid, refreshed, and “well oiled.”
     


🎾 Fair Play (35 MINUTES)

Designed for racquet sport lovers, Fair Play keeps you strong, mobile, and game-ready. This class blends mobility, strength, and agility drills with a focus on shoulders, core, and footwork—so you can serve harder, recover faster, and keep playing longer.

GOALS

  • Build strength and stability to prevent common racquet sport injuries. 
  • Improve shoulder health, core control, and rotational power. 
  • Enhance agility, balance, and on-court footwork. 
  • Support recovery and mobility between matches. 
  • Leave feeling strong, limber, and ready to play your best game.
     


Well Centered (45 MINUTES)

Well Centered blends intentional breathwork, guided meditation, and gentle somatic release to help you downshift, de-stress, and reconnect. Expect grounding techniques, slow, mindful breath patterns, and pockets of stillness that leave you clear and calm.

GOALS

  • Regulate the nervous system through targeted breathwork. 
  • Reduce stress, anxiety, and mental fatigue. 
  • Increase focus, clarity, and emotional balance. 
  • Cultivate presence and mind–body connection. 
  •  Leave feeling grounded, centered, and at ease.
     


SUNDAY SERVICE (75 MINUTES)

Your weekly reset, community-style. Sunday Service blends strength, flow, and breath into an all-levels class that feels as good for your soul as it does for your body. Expect feel-good movement, uplifting playlists, and a vibe that sets the tone for the week ahead.

GOALS

  • Move, sweat, and stretch in a supportive, all-levels format. 
  • Build connection and community through shared practice. 
  • Balance strength, mobility, and breath for a full-body reset. 
  • Reduce stress and boost energy before the week begins.
