MOVE

(Strength, sculpt, define)

WELL BUILT (STRENGTH + PILATES)

Strength based class with a pilates foundation, designed to sculpt, strengthen, and build long, lean power through slow, controlled, intentional movement. Well Built uses dumbbells and compound movement  for deep activation and time-under-tension.

GOALS

  • Build functional strength using Pilates principles + resistance.
  • Strengthen without bulk through precision-based movement.
  • Use tempo and breath to maximize activation.
  • Leave feeling sculpted, grounded, and powerful.

WELL LIT ( WARM HIIT PILATES)

Pilates precision meets playful burn. Using light weights and small equipment, Well Lit tones, tightens, and strengthens while sneaking in a cardio burst. It’s core-centric, form-focused, and guaranteed to light up muscles you didn’t know you had.

GOALS

  • Strengthen and sculpt with Pilates-inspired movements.
  • Elevate heart rate with short cardio intervals.
  • Target endurance in smaller stabilizing muscles.

Keep your joints happy and your body moving smoothly. Well Oiled is a mobility-focused class that blends active stretch, functional movement, and mindful breathwork. Think of it as maintenance for your muscles and a tune-up for your whole system—leaving you loose, limber, and ready to play.

  • Improve mobility, flexibility, and range of motion. 
  • Restore balance and posture through controlled movement.
  • Reduce stiffness and tension in commonly tight areas. 
  • Support recovery from strength and cardio 

FAIR PLAY

Fair Play is a mobility-focused class that supports how you actually move on the court. We work on shoulders, hips, spine, ankles, and wrists to improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and help your body feel better before and after play.
Think joint care, fluid movement, and staying in the game longer—without pushing intensity.


GOALS

  • Build strength and stability to prevent common racquet sport injuries. 
  • Improve shoulder health, core control, and rotational power. 
  • Support recovery and mobility
