Terms of Service

WELL PLAYED TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Well Played. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the policies, expectations, and conditions that apply to all memberships, services, purchases, and visits to any Well Played studio. By purchasing services, enrolling in a membership, or entering a Well Played studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 By enrolling in a membership, purchasing a class, package, or service, or entering a Well Played studio, you confirm that you:

  • Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms
     
  • Are medically fit to participate in movement, recovery, and IV services
     
  • Have disclosed all relevant health information and agree to notify staff of any changes
     
  • Authorize Well Played to charge your selected payment method via our third-party payment provider
     

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • “Well Played,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Well Played Collective Inc. and its affiliated entities
     
  • “You,” “your,” “member,” or “client” means the individual account holder (or a parent/guardian if under 18)
     
  • “Studio” means any Well Played location
     
  • “Home Studio” means the Well Played location where you enrolled
     
  • “Credits” means units issued under a membership or package used to book services
     
  • “Studio Rules” means posted policies governing conduct, safety, and facility use
     

3. SERVICES, PACKAGES & PRODUCTS

3.1 Drop-Ins & Credit Packs

  • Valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout
     
  • Non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be shared
     
  • Cannot be extended, suspended, or credited
     
  • Credits must be used within the stated expiration period
     
  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments are forfeited
     

3.2 Gift Cards

  • Valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase
     
  • Not redeemable for cash
     
  • Non-transferable between clients or studio locations
     
  • Redeemable only at the studio where purchased
     

3.3 Memberships

  • Standard memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months
     
  • Founding Memberships require a minimum commitment of twelve (12) consecutive months
     
  • Memberships renew on a monthly recurring basis following completion of the applicable minimum term
     
  • Cancellation requires at least thirty (30) days’ written notice and becomes effective at the end of the applicable billing cycle
     
  • Credits issued under a membership renew monthly, expire at the end of each billing cycle, and do not roll over
     
  • Memberships are non-transferable
     
  • Corporate or partner-subsidized memberships may revert to standard pricing if eligibility ends
     

3.4 Service Exclusions

  • Certain premium services, including NAD+ IV therapy, are excluded from memberships, bundles, introductory offers, and promotions unless expressly stated at the time of purchase
     
  • Discounts do not apply to special promotions or Happy Hour pricing unless explicitly stated
     

4. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

4.1 Classes & Recovery Sessions

  • Must be cancelled at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled start time
     
  • Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the credit and a $10 fee
     

4.2 IV Appointments

  • Must be cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance
     
  • Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $50 fee
     

4.3 Waitlists

  • If you are moved from a waitlist into a session, standard cancellation and no-show policies apply
     

5. MEMBERSHIP PAUSES, SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

5.1 Memberships may be paused for a minimum of two (2) weeks and a maximum of twelve (12) weeks per calendar year, with at least seven (7) days’ written notice. Pauses cannot be backdated or applied retroactively.
5.2 Early cancellation prior to completing the minimum commitment is not permitted except in cases of medical or extenuating circumstances, subject to written approval by Well Played.
5.3 Well Played reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships immediately for non-payment, repeated no-shows, misconduct, or violation of Studio Rules.

6. BOOKINGS & STUDIO ACCESS

6.1 Bookings may be made online, via the Well Played app, by phone, or in-studio.
6.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
6.3 Please arrive at least ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled session. Late arrival may result in shortened or forfeited sessions without refund.

7. STUDIO RULES & CONDUCT

7.1 Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
7.2 Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
7.3 Phones must be on silent. Photography or recording is not permitted without consent.
7.4 Lockers may be available; however, Well Played is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
7.5 All clients and guests must complete a waiver prior to participation.
7.6 Members under 18 require guardian consent. Children are not permitted in treatment areas.

8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Participation in movement classes, recovery services, and IV therapy involves inherent risks and is undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk.
8.2 You are responsible for disclosing health conditions, medications, and contraindications and for obtaining medical clearance where appropriate.
8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Well Played is not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence.
8.4 Well Played is not responsible for services provided by independent third-party contractors operating within the studio.

9. PRIVACY & SECURITY

9.1 Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
9.3 Studio premises may be monitored by CCTV for safety and security purposes.

10. GENERAL TERMS

10.1 Pricing, services, and offerings may change with reasonable notice.
10.2 Well Played reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be available online or in-studio.
10.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your Home Studio operates.
10.4 You are responsible for keeping your contact and billing information up to date.
10.5 Membership obligations remain your responsibility regardless of usage frequency.
