Terms of Service

WELL PLAYED TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Well Played. These Terms & Conditions are intended to provide a clear understanding of our expectations, policies, and procedures to ensure a positive and safe experience for all members and guests. By purchasing services or entering into a membership with Well Played, you agree to abide by the following terms.

1. INTRODUCTION 

1.1 By signing up for a membership or purchasing a class pack, you:

  • Acknowledge you’ve reviewed and accepted these Terms.
  • Confirm you are medically fit to use our facilities.
  • Authorize Well Played to debit your account or credit card via our third-party billing provider.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • "Well Played," "we," "us," and "our" refers to Well Played Collective Inc. and any affiliated entities.
  • "You," "your," "member," or "client" refers to the individual in whose name the membership or account is held. If the member is under 18, it includes the parent or guardian.
  • "Studio" refers to any Well Played studio location your membership entitles you to access.
  • "Selected Studio" or "Home Studio" refers to the specific Well Played location where you enrolled.
  • "Agreement" refers to the agreement between you and Well Played outlining your membership terms.
  • "Minimum Term" means the term specified in your membership agreement, if applicable.
  • "Studio Rules" refers to posted rules regarding behavior, equipment use, and studio policies.
  • "Third Party Payment Provider" refers to any external billing service used to process your payments.
  • "Website" refers to the official Well Played website (getwellplayed.com) or any future replacement domain.
  • "Corporate Partner" refers to a business entity that has an agreement with Well Played to subsidize part of the membership cost for its employees or members.
  • "Credits" refer to units issued under a membership or class pack used to book services.

3. PRODUCT TERMS 

3.1 Introductory Offers

  • Available to new clients only.
  • Valid for a limited time beginning from your first visit.
  • Non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • NAD+ IV drips are excluded from all intro offers & promotions.

Class + Recovery Intro

1 week unlimited classes + 2 recoveries

1 Week Unlimited + 1 IV

Unlimited classes for 1 week + 1 IV drip

Valid for 7 days. Excludes NAD drip

3.2 Drop Ins & Credit Packs

  • Valid for one year from purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Cannot be extended, suspended, refunded, or transferred.
  • Credits must be used within the stated expiration period. Missed appointments are forfeited.

3.3 Gift Cards

  • Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Not redeemable for cash or transferable between clients or locations.
  • Can be used only at the location where purchased.

3.4 Memberships

  • Memberships have a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive months.
  • Monthly recurring billing unless cancelled with 30 days' notice following the completion of the minimum term.
  • Credits issued monthly expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • Not transferable. Discounts do not apply to Happy Hour pricing.
  • Corporate partner discounts may revert to standard pricing if employment or affiliation ends.
  • NAD+ IV drips are excluded from all memberships 

4. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY 

4.1 Class & Recovery Sessions

  • Cancel at least 12 hours before class start to avoid penalties.
  • Late cancels or no-shows forfeit the credit and incur a $10 fee.

4.2 IV Appointments

  • Must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No-shows or late cancellations incur a $50 fee.

5. MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION & TERMINATION 

5.1 Memberships may be paused for a minimum of 2 weeks and up to 12 weeks per calendar year with at least 7 days’ notice in writing. Suspension requests cannot be backdated or indefinite. 

5.2 Early cancellation prior to completing the 3-month minimum term is not permitted unless due to medical or extenuating circumstances, which must be approved in writing by management. 5.3 Memberships may be terminated immediately by Well Played for non-payment, repeated no-shows, misconduct, or breach of Studio Rules.

6. BOOKING POLICY

  • Bookings may be made via the Well Played app & website, phone, or in-studio.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or forfeiture.
  • Waitlist Policy: If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens, you will be automatically added to the class. It is your responsibility to monitor your status. If added from the waitlist and you do not cancel within the required window or attend, standard no-show and cancellation fees will apply.

7. STUDIO RULES

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
  • No abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct will be tolerated.
  • Phones must be on silent. No photos/videos without consent.
  • Lockers are available, but Well Played is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • All guests must sign a waiver and check in at reception.
  • Members under 18 require guardian consent. No children allowed in treatment areas.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Use of Well Played services is at your own risk. You are responsible for disclosing health conditions and receiving medical clearance. 

8.2 Well Played is not liable for injury, loss, or damages unless caused by gross negligence. 

8.3 You agree not to hold Well Played responsible for services provided by any outside contractors operating within our studio.

9. PRIVACY POLICY 

9.1 We collect and store your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.getwellplayed.com. 

9.2 You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

9.3 Studio premises are monitored by CCTV. By entering, you consent to being recorded for safety and security purposes.

10. GENERAL TERMS 

10.1 Pricing may change with 30 days’ notice. 

10.2 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available online and in-studio. 

10.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your studio operates. 10.4 You agree to inform us of any changes to your contact or billing details. 

10.5 Membership usage and obligations remain your responsibility regardless of usage frequency.
