Please reach us at hello@getwellplayed.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Well Played is a modern wellness club designed to help you move better, feel better, and live well.
We bring together movement, recovery, and proactive health in a space that’s playful, welcoming, and rooted in science. With sculpt-style classes, IV therapy, and recovery rituals like red light and compression, we make wellness feel good — not like another thing on your to-do list.
Born at the intersection of performance and play, Well Played is where sweat meets science, and self-care meets community. Wellness that actually feels like you.
Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been at this for years, Well Played is designed to support you at every stage. Our movement classes offer plenty of modifications, so you can push when you’re ready and pull back when you need. There’s no competition, no pressure — just good vibes, smart coaching, and support for however you choose to show up.
And wellness doesn’t stop at movement. Our IV drips, vitamin boosters, and recovery services (like red light and compression therapy) are accessible for most people, but we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have a chronic condition, injury, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Everyone’s body is different — and our goal is to help you feel better in yours.
We keep our studios in the warm range (26–28°C) because it gives you the benefits of heat without the drawbacks of true hot yoga.
Warm classes help you:
Hot yoga (32–40°C) can feel intense, push your heart rate too high, and make it harder to read your body’s limits. That’s not our vibe.
Warm heat supports better movement. Hot heat can get in the way.
Our goal is simple: help you feel good, move well, and leave the room better than you came in.
Our IV drips and vitamin boosters are not recommended for individuals with any of the following conditions:
– Known sensitivities or allergies to any ingredients
– Pregnancy or breastfeeding
– Cardiovascular disease
– Kidney, liver, or pulmonary disorders
– Use of diuretics
– Bleeding disorders
– Infected lesions or open wounds at the proposed IV site
– Any recent change in baseline health status that may affect treatment suitability
– Undergoing chemotherapy or active cancer treatment
Mats are complimentary for all guests. A non-slip mat cover is required for all mat classes for both safety and hygiene.
Please bring your own sweat towel.
Mat covers are available for purchase.
Wear something comfortable that you can move in — and get ready to feel good. Most of our classes are not heated, and unless otherwise noted.
Bring a water bottle (no glass, please) and a towel if you like, but leave your mat and jewelry at home — we’ve got everything you need.
If you’re managing chronic pain, joint issues, injuries, or a medical condition, we recommend checking with your doctor before starting a new fitness or wellness program.
To ensure a smooth experience, it is recommended to arrive and check in at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your class. For safety reasons and to prevent the disruption of others, we do not allow for late entry.
Yes, you can try any of our class types on the Intro Week Pass.

The day your monthly membership expires, your account will be automatically charged for the next billing cycle under the same terms. Yes! Our Player Membership allows you to take 6 classes a month. All memberships auto-renew every 30 days. The day your limited membership expires, your account will be automatically charged for the next billing cycle under the same terms. There are no late cancellation penalty fees for these memberships, aside from losing the credit you booked with.
Reformer memberships are able to take both reformer + mat classes, while mat memberships can be used to book mat classes only.
All memberships have a two-month (60 days) minimum commitment after which you can cancel at any time. If you want to cancel your membership after the initial two billing cycles, please email us at least 7 days prior to the expiration of the current cycle and we will cancel the auto-renew. *please include the reason for your cancellation
If requested, we can freeze, pause or hold your membership. Holds must be for a minimum of seven days, and up to a maximum of three months (90 days). We are only able to freeze or hold a membership once every three months. All freeze requests must be made in writing, including start and end date, and be received at least 3 days prior to the desired start date.
Class & Recovery Sessions
IV Appointments
For safety reasons and to prevent disruption to other guests, we have a strict no-late-entry policy. If you are not present in the studio room at the start of the scheduled class, you will be unable to attend.
If you wish to cancel a class, you must do so at least 12 hours in advance or your class credit will be forfeited. Please review our cancellation and walk-in policy in the event you are unable to make your scheduled class.
Got stuck in a meeting and lost your credit? Don’t sweat it — our Standby Policy has your back.
If you miss a class and it's within the late cancellation window, you can swing by for any other class that same day and hop on standby. If there’s space, it’s all yours — no questions asked.
Just a few things to note:
• Standby spots can’t be reserved in advance.
• We can’t guarantee availability, but we’ll do our best to fit you in.
• Standby is only available for reservations made directly through Well Played.
• Registered guests and walk-ins with a paid reservation get first dibs.
Switching classes within the 12-hour cancellation period will result in a late cancellation. If you would like to switch your reservation within the 12-hour window, please see our same-day standby policy.
If a class is full, we highly recommend joining the waitlist. You must purchase a class or membership to be eligible.
To check your waitlist status, log in to your account and select My Classes. If you are on the waitlist, you will see your waitlist position. If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist or notify us and we’ll remove you.
