Red Light Therapy uses low-wavelength red light to stimulate your cells—specifically your mitochondria, the little powerhouses that keep everything running. The light helps your body produce more energy (ATP), which supports healing, reduces inflammation, and promotes healthier skin and tissue.


Like lying in warm sunlight, but without the UV or the sweat. It’s totally painless and deeply relaxing—some people even nap during their session.


Our sessions typically last 20-40 minutes. Long enough to reset, short enough to fit between emails or after a sweat.


For general wellness and glow: 2–3 times per week.
For pain, inflammation, or targeted healing: you may benefit from more frequent sessions. We’ll help you build a routine that fits your goals.
