what you’ll experience/learn in this training:

Anuja Singhal is a master Yoga Nidra specialist, subconscious conditioning practitioner, and the founder of Tula Wellness. She brings a grounded, neuroscience-informed approach to the art of conscious rest.
Operating globally across private practice, elite clubs, and institutional wellness spaces, Anuja designs bespoke rest protocols for high-stress executives, public figures, and private accounts operating under strict confidentiality.
By targeting hypnagogic transitions—the restorative threshold between wakefulness and sleep—her sessions provide deep nervous system recovery, cognitive clarity, and sustained burnout mitigation.
Anuja creates precise, welcoming environments where students and practitioners can safely decompress, rewire subconscious patterns, and experience restorative stillness.
Backed by more than 700 hours of formal training—including advanced certification from Yoga Vidya Gurukul and classical immersion under Acharya Anil Kumar.
Her methodology translates traditional Sanskrit chanting and classical pranayama into accessible, high-impact Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) modules informed by modern neurobiology.
