KAMA FLIGHT

Grab a partner (friends welcome) and join us on this lyrical body/mind journey. During each class, you’ll be instructed on the foundational moves of Kama Flight, a combination of Acro Yoga, Thai massage, and partner dance - performed on a massage table. No prior experience is necessary.

Participants should be physically healthy, relatively free from injury, and comfortable giving and receiving touch while sitting closely together on a massage table.
