WELL PLAYED MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. MEMBERSHIP TERMS 1.1 These Membership Terms govern your membership with Well Played Collective Inc. ("Well Played", "we", "us", or "our").

1.2 By enrolling in a membership or purchasing a package, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Studio Rules, and our Privacy Policy.

1.3 Your membership is with the Well Played location where you sign up. The entity operating that location is the contracting party for these Terms.

1.4 Memberships automatically renew monthly unless cancelled in accordance with Section 2.

2. MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS & USAGE

2.1 The Player ($189/month): Includes 6 class credits, 1 recovery session per month, and 10% off IVs and merchandise.

2.2 Well Played Unlimited ($349/month): Includes unlimited classes, 2 recovery sessions per month, and 15% off IVs and merchandise.

2.3 All Access ($479/month): Includes unlimited classes, 2 recovery sessions, 1 IV per month, and 20% off all services and merchandise. NAD+ IV drips are excluded from all memberships and promotions.

2.4 Credit Packs: Are valid for one year from date of purchase. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be shared. Only membership credits expire monthly.

2.5 Play Dates: Bundled service offerings that may include a class, recovery session(s), and/or IV treatments. Play Dates must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited and a fee equal to 50% of the Play Date value will be charged. NAD+ IV drips are excluded from all play dates.

3. CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, AND FEES 

3.1 Memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice by emailing the studio directly. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your billing cycle following the 30-day notice.

3.2 Members must cancel class and recovery bookings at least 12 hours prior to start time. Failure to do so will result in the session being forfeited and a $10 no-show fee applied.

3.3 IV appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 fee.

3.4 Waitlist Policy: If a member is moved from the waitlist into a class, it is their responsibility to attend or cancel within the appropriate time frame. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the credit and a $10 no-show fee.

4. STUDIO RULES & CONDUCT 

4.1 A waiver must be signed before attending your first class or session.

4.2 Members must check in at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled class or session to avoid forfeiture of the booking.

4.3 Well Played is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

4.4 We reserve the right to deny entry or cancel memberships due to conduct deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

5. BILLING & PAYMENTS 

5.1 Membership fees are charged monthly in advance via credit card or direct debit.

5.2 You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid. Failed payments may result in membership suspension.

5.3 We may adjust membership pricing with at least 30 days' notice. You may cancel your membership before the new rate applies.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

6.1 You acknowledge that all classes, recovery sessions, and IV treatments are undertaken at your own risk.

6.2 Well Played and its staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damages incurred during participation, unless caused by our gross negligence.

7. GENERAL TERMS 

7.1 All services, packages, and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

7.2 Discounts do not apply to Happy Hour pricing or promotions unless explicitly stated.

7.3 NAD+ IV drips are excluded from all membership benefits, add-ons, and promotional discounts. However, members may upgrade any included IV to a NAD+ IV for an additional fee, as specified at the time of booking.

7.4 We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of your membership confirms your acceptance of any changes.

7.5 This agreement is governed by the laws of the province or state in which your home studio operates.
