1.1 These Terms govern all memberships, packages, and services purchased from Well Played Collective Inc. (“Well Played,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2 By enrolling in a membership or purchasing any package, you agree to these Terms, our Studio Rules, and our Privacy Policy.
1.3 Your membership is valid at the Well Played location where you enroll. The entity operating that location is the contracting party under these Terms.
1.4 Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with Section 3.

2.1 Well Played offers various membership tiers, credit packs, and bundled experiences. Inclusions, pricing, and benefits are confirmed at the time of purchase and may change from time to time.
2.2 Membership credits renew monthly and do not roll over unless expressly stated.
2.3 Credit packs are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be shared.
2.4 “Play Dates” are bundled service offerings that may include classes, recovery sessions, and/or IV treatments.
2.5 NAD+ IV therapy is excluded from memberships, bundles, Play Dates, and promotions unless expressly stated. Members may upgrade an eligible IV to NAD+ for an additional fee where available.

3.1 Memberships may be cancelled at any time with thirty (30) days’ written notice by emailing the studio. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the billing cycle following the notice period.
3.2 Classes and recovery sessions must be cancelled at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session and a $10 fee.
3.3 IV appointments must be cancelled at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $75 fee.
3.4 Play Dates must be cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking and a fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Play Date value.
3.5 If a member is moved from a waitlist into a class, it is the member’s responsibility to attend or cancel within the applicable cancellation window.

4.1 A waiver must be completed prior to participating in your first class, recovery session, or IV service.
4.2 Members are encouraged to arrive at least ten (10) minutes prior to their scheduled session. Late arrival may result in forfeiture of the booking.
4.3 Well Played is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
4.4 We reserve the right to deny entry, suspend services, or terminate memberships for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

5.1 Membership fees are billed monthly in advance using the payment method on file.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Failed payments may result in suspension of services until resolved.
5.3 Well Played may adjust pricing with at least thirty (30) days’ notice. You may cancel prior to the new rate taking effect.

6.1 Participation in classes, recovery services, and IV therapy involves inherent risks. All services are undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Well Played and its staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence.

7.1 All memberships, packages, and services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
7.2 Discounts do not apply to special promotions or Happy Hour pricing unless explicitly stated.
7.3 We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of the province or state in which your home studio operates.
